Getting Started

Do you service my area?

We currrently service a 15 mile radius from Schaumburg.
We may service out coverage area for a $100 traveling fee.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Residential: Standard cleaning includes washing and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen; dusting andwiping counter tops and surfaces; vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors and throwing away trash.
Commercial: Please call to discuss. We customize each contract to your office needs.

How much will it cost?

Cost will vary based on a few factors.  Please use our slider for a quick quote or use our booking form for a much more in-depth quote.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Residential: Yes, we provide all supplies and equipment.
Commericial: We provide all supplies and equipment. You are only responsible for all paper products that need to be replaced in the bathrooms.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Special tasks or extras need to be discussed or specified at time of booking.
Anything requested last minute or during the cleaning may result in additional cost.

How do I book my first appointment?

Residential: You may use our booking form.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Yes just call our office or apply coupon code at check out

Why are vouchers for first time customers only?

We have different coupons for both new customers and existing customers. Contact us to see if we have any promos going on.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our cleaning technicians are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Home Beltran Cleaning certified cleaner.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it.  That’s our promise to you!

Contact our office before 11am the day following your cleanings (11am Monday for Friday cleanings) and we will make every effort to correct the problem. Understand that Beltran Cleaning Service does not refund any portion of a cleaning fee.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security.  Finally, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We guarantee you will be satisfied with our work. Contact our office before 11am the day following your cleanings (11am Monday for Friday cleanings) and we will make every effort to correct the problem.

What is your refund policy?

Understand that Beltran Cleaning Service does not refund any portion of a cleaning fee. But we will have our team re-clean at no cost.
